Drugs!

I just have to say that I HATE druggies! They are the people who make it hard for those of us in legitimate pain to get the help we need. I'm not saying I need some constant pain meds but there are times, like today when I really need something to get me through the day. One can only stand so many hours of constant pain. People who abuse drugs make them even hard to get. Regulations keep getting made because of them. So instead of having a real decongestant I have the new stuff and instead of a pian killer that works I have ibprofen. I have been taking ibprofen for years for my various problems so it doesn't really do anything for me. Addicts think that what they do doesn't effect anyone, its just for fun, just once won't hurt. CRAP!!! It affects more than your family it affects those of us who didnt do a thing and just want to feel well enough to go to school or work. I'm crosssing my fingers that the chiropractor can do something for my back. That is my rant for the week.

Anywhere but here

I just need to vent before I post my assignment. I would rather be anywhere but here right now. No, I don't hate school or something; my mom had surgery yesterday. I just thought that when she went through that that I would be there for her. Instead I am stuck up here wishing I was by her side. It's nothing major but she took care of me after two surgeries of my own. I want to be helpful and help her. All I can do from this far is ask my sister to buy flowers on my behalf. I don't know how but I will make up for it somehow. This totally messes with my natural ability to worry, my family never answers their phones! My head is somewhere else while my body is here.

The first two are for last week's assignment. I know its way too late but it will make me feel better just to post it. I mean, that mid-air shot is just cool!

I hate the internet!

I have tried and tried to get it to work! Finally!!!!! 5th time is the charm. :(

I am installing the program to retrieve pictures as I type. I just got the camera between semesters and I haven't had the need to do so before since I have a 1GB card. I'm pretty sure I am going to select pictures of flowers and other plant life since those are my favorite subjects. I did take a veriety of pictures I just like that stuff better since it is easier to control. Goodness, this program is taking forever to install. I think I'll read while I wait.

First Time

Here it is, my first time with a real blog! I am a sixth semester junior at BYU-I, majoring in Broadcasting. I am creating this site for my photography course but I just might keep it. It could be kind of like a journal. Wish me luck at my doctors appointment tommorow!
